- Add 120 ml of water and 100 gm of curd in the Handvo instant mix.
- Rest the batter for 10 mins.
- In a pan add 1tbps of groundnut oil, ½ tsp asafoetida, 1tsp of mustard seeds, and 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
- Pour the Handvo batter into the pan after being sauteed.
